It is after 8 pm, the last patrons of the fry have left so what do you do? Well, if you had just spent the last 4 hrs frying fish (hundreds of pounds!), hushpuppies (so much batter!), and fries (bags and bags…and bags!)–you now need to filter the oil, clean the fryers, and tear down the whole set-up. They are simply the best.
